AllWeapons Mutator for the UT Demo

Instructions:
Double-click the UMOD file, and point it towards your UT directory or put the AllWeapons.int and AllWeapons.u  files into your "Tournamentdemo\System" folder. Start up the UT Demo and add the "AllWeapons" mutator to the mutator list before starting a new game.

What does it do:
Everyone starts with all the weapons.
