unreal_psx is the password

This is the additional stuff Elya sent me, it is basically all various developement stuff, plus few tools which I havenever seen, for level checking and lightmaps. But they work with different formats, I guess it was more for the PSX.
Also lots of the stuff that was apparently meant to be upgraded versions, but they are mostly just duplicates for some reason I don't know. Perhaps a mistake.
